Supersaw Chord Designer
Design a future bass supersaw chord progression live — pick a key and four chords, stack detuned voices into a wide wall, shape the filter and swell, and push the sidechain until the chords breathe with the kick. Then copy your exact settings into the recipe and rebuild it in Serum, Vital or your DAW.
Free route: Vital (supersaw + stock compressor for the sidechain). Paid shortcuts: Serum, Sylenth1. The width, the extended voicing and the pump matter more than the plugin.
Supersaw chord FAQ
Why do my future bass chords sound thin?
Almost always one of three things: you are playing plain triads instead of extended chords, the supersaw is not wide enough, or there is no sidechain pump. Extend the chords, widen with voices and spread, and duck them to the kick.
How much should I detune the supersaw?
Enough to shimmer, not so much it smears into noise. Widen with unison voices and stereo spread first, and reach for heavy detune last.
How do I get the pumping sound?
Sidechain a compressor on the chord bus to the kick, with a fast attack, a 3:1–4:1 ratio, and a release timed to the beat so the chord ducks and swells.
Is the audio a sample?
No — it is a Web Audio synth building the supersaw live in your browser: detuned saw voices summed through a filter and a tempo-synced sidechain gain.
