Affiliate Disclosure
MusicProductionWiki does not currently use affiliate links or earn commissions from anything on this site. We're publishing this page early so that if that ever changes, our policy is already on the record — and you'll always be told.
MPW ("we", "us") is a reader-supported reference for music producers. As of today we run no affiliate partnerships: nothing on the site earns us a commission, and no link here is tracked for a payout. This page exists so our approach is clear from the start, in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
1. If we add affiliate links in future
An affiliate link is a tagged link to a retailer or software vendor that pays the referrer a small percentage when you buy. If MPW ever introduces them, any commission would come out of the retailer's margin — never as an added cost to you — and we commit to keeping this page current the moment it happens.
2. Programs we participate in
None, currently. MPW does not take part in any affiliate program today. If and when we do, we will name them here.
3. Our recommendations are not for sale
This holds whether or not we ever monetize. Our comparisons are scored on the same criteria for every product, and a commercial relationship will never buy a better review, a higher ranking, or a place on a "best of" list.
4. How you'll spot an affiliate link
Today, no link on MPW is an affiliate link. If that changes, affiliate links will point to retailer or product pages (for example a "Check price" or "Buy" link); internal links to other MPW articles, tools, and Bible entries will never be affiliate links, and we'll flag affiliate links clearly at the point of use.
5. Questions
If anything here is unclear, email team@musicproductionwiki.com. This page is separate from how MPW handles your data, which is covered in our Privacy Policy.
